I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Sails. The room was modern and clean, with all the facilities I needed. The staff was very helpful and spoke excellent English. The location, although not the most strategic, had convenience stores and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Tokyo.

We loved the spacious and well-equipped room, with USB chargers and a bathroom that doubled as a cloth dryer. The hotel staff were helpful, going above and beyond to find our lost phone in less than 30 minutes. The internet connection was slow and unreliable. the bed was small and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The coffee in the lobby was delicious. Helpful staff, lent us umbrellas. Convenient and quiet location. Two rooms, one large. Great facilities, especially washing machine and dryer. Good value for money.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The location was very convenient, with the subway station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. There were also plenty of food places nearby, so I never had to worry about finding something to eat. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, with a modern bathroom and comfortable beds. the hotel provided a kitchenette with all the necessary appliances, allowing us to cook our own meals.
I did find one minor inconvenience during my stay. The hotel did not provide complimentary bottles of water in the room, and there was no vending machine on the premises.
